Free "Screenagers" Film + Panel Discussion for Families
Livingstone Range School Division families are invited to participate in a free at-home screening of the award-winning film "Screenagers: Growing Up in the Digital Age." The film looks into family life and the messy struggles over social media, video games, and academics, and offers solutions on how adults can help kids navigate the digital world.
If you have a child who is 10 years or older, you won't want to miss this exclusive event. The whole family can watch the film at home between February 7 and 17, 2022.
Then on February 17 at 7pm join a live virtual panel discussion moderated by Dr. Kendra Massie, LRSD Clinical Team Lead and Registered Psychologist. Come prepared to hear ideas on how to minimize the harmful effects and find better balance around screen time.
